Our direct farm to cup coffee comes from the high plateau of Thailand, the Mistyic Hilltribes. Here the coffee comes directly from the farming families and especially from the Wittmann couple who manage the distribution and livelihood. The laborious manual work of harvesting and growing is worth it and shows in the cup. Here in our area it was the up-and-comer and insider tip among coffee fans.
We are very proud that it won the gold medal in the German Roasters Guild's filter coffee competition. An incredibly multifaceted coffee, yet roasted to a slightly mild standard. A real treat for all filtering methods.
