Every coffee bean tells its own story, and it is the roaster's task to bring that story to life through the roasting process. The popular Barista intensive course always takes place in our seminar rooms on the beautiful upper floor of the roastery.
In small groups, our head barista Roman Schäfer will introduce you to the world of baristas (including the structure and technology of high-quality portafilter machines for home use as well as the basics of preparing a perfect espresso, frothing milk and pouring for the first time.
