Coffee manufacturers in Germany take care of their product. Coffee can be just as diverse as wine. You can learn a lot about its origin, cultivation and harvest and pass on this information.
Coffee is a passion for us. That's why our dream of completing Fare Tredici with a coffee roastery has come true.
As is well known, three things are needed for good coffee:

The secret of Fare Tredici roasts still lies in the high art of the ancient craft, which requires all the senses of the roasting master.
Completely pure - without technology or software. A few seconds can make a difference to the taste of the coffee in your cup. Our long-term roasting is gentle and always at low temperatures. The roasting process usually takes between 17 and 25 minutes, depending on the desired preparation method.
That's why our customers don't feel any unpleasant acidity or stomach sensitivities, but only aromatic, tasty coffee enjoyment.

Each variety is roasted individually according to the specifications of the German Roasters Guild. This guarantees the best possible result from each bean. At the same time, however, emphasis is placed on high quality in cultivation, harvesting and fair trade. Thanks to our recently acquired seal, our customers now have clear transparency for the fair route right up to their own cup. They can shop in their own region with peace of mind and awareness.
That is why we are very pleased about the positive commitment of the city of Limburg to become a "Fair Trade Town". This requires a lot of awareness and persuasion work. We are very happy to support this. In the near future we will report further on the positive development and the design of a new Fairtrade city café.
